Since taking the helm as CEO in 2020, I’ve made it a priority to tell our story in a clear, compelling manner that gets to the heart of why we’re a different kind of broker. Complex as our business can be, we believe it all boils down to three values: trading excellence, transparency and trust.
Trading Excellence
We pride ourselves on the experience of our trading team, our ability to rapidly adapt to market conditions and our efforts to deliver the best results possible. We offer high-touch trading in global equities, fixed income, options, futures and FX, and we always encourage our traders to pursue the best execution venues and tools to seek out liquidity wherever it is. We take a compliance-driven approach to a wide range of offerings – outsourced and supplemental trading, program trading, portfolio trading – helping the asset managers, hedge funds, RIAs and bank trusts that comprise our client base realize success in the markets. Our team members average over 15 years of experience, and we scrupulously avoid conflicts of interest.
Transparency
Along those same lines, we strive for crystal-clear transparency in everything we do. Our clients know exactly who is managing their orders and how they are being executed. Our outsourced trading offering, for example, is highly consultative, with our clients identifying their strategies and goals while working with a single point of contact who will manage the relationship on an ongoing basis. Continual, open communication provides a complete picture of commission spend, TCA and more. Furthermore, as an independently owned firm offering no proprietary research and lacking any affiliated venues, sector layers or proprietary trading layers, clients big and small can rest easy knowing that their trading is in good hands. We have nothing to hide.

Then there’s the trust factor. We’ve been in business for nearly 50 years, and in that time, we’ve developed longstanding relationships and a reputation for putting our clients first.
