Executive Summary: The S&P 500 has now fallen by -1% or more on three days this month with Monday being the third down day of more than -1%. So we are clustering with multiple -1% losses. With one trading days left in the month and a Federal Reserve Open Market Committee Meeting behind us the worst may be over. Key will be if February can break the clustering pattern.
